This company is amazing! The owner is very nice and professional, before coming out he walked me through steps to troubleshoot. We have an older house and the sensors sometimes get misaligned. He came out right on time, was professional and nice, fixed the problem in 2 minutes and because he installed the unit for my grandmother over 10 years ago, was happy to do the simple fix and educate me on what to do should it happen again! Neal is the absolute best. What a delight working with him and his wife. They are fantastic people. They're never too busy to talk to a customer.  He fixed my Mom's opener, did an install at another location, and helped me out at my house twice. Neil actually came out on a Friday night to help!! I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.  They came out right away, their estimate was fair, and included tax (some estimates don't, I hate that), and taking away the old door.  There were no hidden costs. Neal gave me an honest estimate, and then he and his son came and did the job right, quickly, and when they said they would.  And my very heavy old door was a bear to take down, but they didn't charge me extra. They had a lot of variety in the doors you could order, and Christine walked me through all the price differences very patiently, and was very honest about what various features were worth, in my particular case.  She was as great to work with as Neal and his son, which I so appreciated. I liked everyone so much I'm actually hiring Neal's son to come back and do some handy-work for me on his own. Super top notch service from these guys. We called them out about 2 years ago to trouble shoot our garage door that was wonky. At that time they told us we are better off purchasing a new unit since ours was 10 years old, They did not charge for the trouble shooting visit. We called them a few weeks later for the replacement which took hardly any time, with 2 remotes all programmed. Fast forward 2 years later, we pulled the red cord, disengaging automatic and could not get it to move back to automatic. We called these guys back and they trouble shot it for us AGAIN, but this time just over the phone. They asked for pictures, diagnosed the problem immediately and we had the garage door back working as before. Huge shoutout to these guys. I did not catch the tech's name but they are AWESOME! All Area Overhead Garage Door is outstanding. My garage door opener stopped working, and the door itself wouldn't stay in the open position--it would just fall back down. I called yesterday, and they had Neal out today. Neal did a fantastic job. He clearly explained what he was doing, walked me through the issues, and adjusted the door so it now stays upright on its own. He also tried to reset the opener, but it turns out the builder-installed unit was very low quality and failed after only about four years. Neal gave me a recommendation for a high-quality, reasonably priced replacement and explained the next steps for installation. I also want to mention the office staff--everyone I spoke with was courteous, polite, and genuinely helpful. And the price for the service was very fair for the quality of work and professionalism provided. I can't say enough good things about this company. Professional, honest, responsive, and skilled. Very happy with the work done by Neil at All Area Overhead Doors. Our garage door opener stopped working on Monday. Neil came out the next day and gave us our quote.
